Venture debt offers a flexible financing option for growth stage companies.

In contrast to debt financing from a commercial bank, venture debt is characterized by its speed, customizability, and limited restrictions or covenants. While typically only available alongside an equity fundraising, at CK we believe in giving companies capital when they need it. Venture debt is minimally dilutive to equity ownership and does not require a board seat.
