Jill Koziol joined Costella Kirsch in 2024 with a background in entrepreneurship, strategy, and growth. Prior to CK, Jill was the co-founder and CEO of Motherly, a trusted brand engaging millions of mothers globally. Founded in 2015, Jill raised capital from top-tier venture capital funds and grew Motherly to an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company and a Parity.org Best Company for Women to Advance, before exiting in early 2024.

Prior to Motherly, Jill founded and exited a consumer goods company. Her background also includes 10 years of providing strategy consulting and advisory services to US defense and intelligence organizations. She holds a BA in Political Science and Economics, and an MA in International Security Studies from Georgetown. 

Jill is a published author and sought-after speaker on topics related to entrepreneurship, leadership, brand building, and women’s empowerment. Jill guest lectures at Wharton and BYU business schools, is an advisor to several start-ups, and on the board of YPO Park City. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for foster youth in Utah.
